What you will do:
In LEOCODE we work with multiple national and international customers, providing various solutions. We are not just a bunch of coders, but people who, in addition to coding, have a great impact on customers’ business.
Workshopping objectives, solving problems, addressing business needs and providing our own ideas. We specialize in Node.js and React.js as a core, yet we have a great knowledge in Web3 and AI also, and our customers use those solutions as well.
We highly value knowledge sharing and allow mixing between projects so that you can grow as a developer and have hands on experience in many projects, at the same time allowing you to take ownership for features in a project that speaks to you the most.

What you can expect:
Your daily tasks:
– Develop solutions that will be used by thousands of people
– Build modern, scalable web applications
– Propose new ideas, perform feasibility analysis and scope the work
– Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and backend engineers to build and maintain features
– Ensure the delivery of quality code, on time, and as estimated
– Follow Scrum methodologies
– Be a supportive team member and leader.

What we expect:
Hard skills:
– At least 5 years of commercial experience
– Proficient in JavaScript, Typescript, and that you write tidy and solid code
– Good knowledge of React and Redux supported by commercial projects
– Experience with managing and designing RESTful web services and APIs
– A competent pair programmer who can share knowledge effectively
– Very good communication and collaboration skills
– Focus on a quality of code
Soft skills:
– Very good communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to negotiate and substantiate your opinion
– Understanding the business side of the project
Nice to have:
– Knowledge about Jira, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, React testing library, Redux, Cypress.
